What is online support?
Online support is when a technician in our office takes remote control of your computer.
This is done by installing a small piece of softare (the ProTune-up software) on your computer
that controls the remote connections and lets you schedule the maintenance service.
The software is free to download, but only available to registered customers.
How do I get it?
The first step is to sign up for an account here. If you have already done that, you can
logon to our site here. Once logged on you will see a link to "Your Account Home".
On this page you will see a list of your registered computers and have access to your service history,
maintenance history, billing history and account data. Here you can also add new computers to
your account, download the ProTune-up software, schedule your maintenance service, request technical
support and more.
How much does it cost?
For most technical support issues, the most economical thing to do is choose one of our flat-rate
services listed below. If the support you need is not listed here, we have an inexpensive by-the-minute
plan with no minimum charges or increments. You pay for the time you need, nothing more.
