What service areas do you cover?
We provide onsite services for residents and businesses in New York City,
Long Island, lower Westchester and northern New Jersey.
How do I get it?
If you think you're in our on-site service area, give us a call at
877-44-TuneUp. If you have 3 or more workstations we'll come out to
your office for a free review of your hardware and software. We'll even
set you up with an account, register your computers and install the ProTune-up software on
all workstations, free of charge. If you have just one or two computers
we'll help you setup your account over the phone so you can use our online or
onsite services.
How much does it cost?
For most technical support issues, the most economical thing to do is choose one of our flat-rate
services. If the support you need is not listed here, we have a
reasonable hourly rate.

per Installation |  | Home Security Special - Install a wireless router and two wireless Internet cameras for just $499, parts and labor included. Record video on motion, get email alerts and watch video over the Internet. Use it as a home security system or just keep an eye on the kids.

per Service | | | Per Hour Labor - All other PC services performed onsite are billed at $105/hour with a one hour minimum charge. NYC and east of Riverhead are billed at $125/hour with additional charges for travel and parking depending on your exact location.

per Hour | | | Pick-up Service - Local customers can benefit from our in-expensive pick-up service. For $25 we'll pick up your machine from your home or office and fix it in our offices. In-office repairs are charged the lesser of the per-hour labor rate and the flat-rate charge for the repair performed. If the repairs costs more than $100 we waive the $25 drop-off charge.
